A Spring Community Sound Bath for the Food Bank
This spring, we are once again opening our doors for a special community offering.
Join us for a complimentary crystal alchemy singing bowl sound bath, created as a space to pause, rest, and restore. The soothing vibrations of the bowls help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite the body into deep relaxation.
As the season shifts toward spring renewal and the spirit of Easter, this gathering is also an opportunity to extend care beyond ourselves.
While the session is complimentary, we kindly invite participants to bring non-perishable food donations for the local food bank. Your generosity will help support individuals and families in our community.
