Peaceful Flow ~ Slow & Gentle Yin ~ Restorative Yoga ~ Seasonal Dock Yoga

Small class size so REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED $111 + HST (one class per week, 6 week session) Drop Ins welcome if space permits, online booking available for Drop In Classes ($25 per class).  Summer 6 week Session begins Thursday July 23 and Wednesday July 29

Peaceful Flow ~ Wednesdays at 9:30 am 

Peaceful Flow is a gentle hatha-inspired class designed to build strength, stability, and ease through mindful movement. We move with intention, refining alignment while weaving in conscious breathing and present-moment awareness.

Our studio is thoughtfully equipped with an abundance of supportive props to enhance comfort and accessibility. Each class carries a subtle theme, with essential oils offered to deepen the emotional experience. Gentle hands-on Thai massage assists are often shared to encourage relaxation. 

Within each 6-week session, the third class transitions into a nourishing Yin practice, and the final class is always devoted to Restorative Yoga.

All levels are welcome.

Slow & Gentle Yin ~ Thursdays at 5:00 pm (note: the next Thursday 6 week Yin session begins July 23) 

Slow & Gentle Yin is your invitation to unwind at the end of the day. This quiet, grounding practice focuses on longer-held postures that target the connective tissues, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore ease in the body.

Essential oils are offered to support focus and presence, along with soft breathing guidance to settle the nervous system. A variety of props are incorporated to provide personalized support, allowing each student to feel comfortable and steady in their practice. Gentle hands-on Thai massage assists are often offered to encourage deeper release and relaxation.

The final class of each session is a deeply calming Restorative Yoga experience.

All levels are welcome.

Rise & Shine Yoga on the Dock

Start your weekend with movement, fresh air, and the peaceful beauty of Crow Lake.

Join us on select Saturday mornings at 9:00 am for a 60-minute lakeside yoga experience that blends gentle Hatha flow with nourishing Yin poses. This welcoming class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike, offering an opportunity to stretch, strengthen, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

Practicing outdoors in nature can help reduce stress, improve focus, and create a deeper sense of calm. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of the lake, you’ll enjoy a mindful start to your weekend while soaking in the restorative energy of the natural world.

Investment: $25 per class

Please bring your yoga mat, and a water bottle if its hot (hat and sunglasses may also be a good idea) 

In the event of inclement weather, class will be held indoors in the studio.

Pre-register online to reserve your spot in this drop-in class. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

YOGA CLASSES/ 1 HOUR PRIVATE YOGA

Hatha Yoga is a branch of yoga that encompasses physical health and mental well-being. It harmonizes body (postures/asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana). Through the physical practice of Hatha postures, health is restored to the physical body by aligning the skin, muscles and bones. Through breath and meditation, students develop a sense of peace and calm in the mind and body to become more connected and engaged in the world we live in.
